Akineza Augustine – Managing Partner

Mr. Akineza is the Managing Partner of the firm. His distinguished career is rivaled by equal merit in the practice of law. He is amassed with vast expertise in Criminal Law and Justice, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Consumer Rights Protection. As the Managing Partner, Augustine oversees the Firm’s operations and relentlessly applies his broad experience and business expertise in ensuring that each and every client’s goal is achieved.

Augustine’s area of practice involves Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law & Practice, Conveyancing, Debt Recovery, Criminal Law, Employment relations, Tax Law and Practice, Family law and domestic relations, and Intellectual Property. He has handled numerous complex commercial transactions for several local and international clients.

Kagoya Aisha – Partner

Ms. Kagoya is a Partner at the firm and her areas of expertise includes but not limited to Civil Litigation, Land Law, Immigration Laws, Corporate Laws, Business Law, Family Law Practice and Employment & Labour Law.

Aisha has been involved high-level court matters and also handled a number of business and land negotiations and transactions. Most importantly, Aisha has been at the top in providing legal services to both local and international NGOs and Immigrants/visiting volunteers and expatriates to Uganda, which have all been of great help in building her experience in the legal field.
